types of dreams:

• cumulus - soft, fluffy, & sweet. nothing disturbing.
• cirrus - fairly lighthearted, may have one or two moments of disturbing imagery or gloomy subjects, but otherwise okay
• stratus - overall a sense of unease. disturbing images or text may be present throughout.
• mammatus - nightmares. will likely contain several frightening or disturbing subjects. proceed with caution if you are sensitive to nightmares.
